Chip seal work complete

The chip seal work on the streets of Bazine is complete. You may park your vehicles at curbside. Pleasee remove vehicles from your yards. Any vehicles parked in your yard after September 18, 2024 will be in violation of City ordinance. Thank you to everyone for your cooperation during this project.

Please be sure that the City Clerk has a current phone number for at least one member of your household that can be contacted in case of necessitiy. If your water usage is extremely higher than usual, the City Clerk would like to be able to contact you to make yoiu aware that you may have a leak or in case of some other emergency or issue. You may just put a note in with your water payment with a contact name and phone number. Your phone number will not be released to any unauthorized individuals. Thank you.

Street Improvements and Storm Water Sewer Improvements Project
8/5/2024
Work will begin this week on the City of Bazine Street Improvements and Storm Water Improvements Project. Work will begin in the area of Washington Street to Foos Ave over to Park Ave. Another part of the project will be in process on Lawrence Street between Ave A and Forrest. Please watch for barricades indicating road closures and check back here for updates to where work is taking place. We will also be posting when B&H Paving will be in town chip sealing streets all around town so that cars are removed from curbside as their work is being done. New Option for Receiving Water Bills

If you would like to have your water bill emailed to you instead of receiving it through the mail, please include your email address with your next payment. I will then send a test email to you to be sure I have the correct address and will then send your next bill via email. I have had seveeral issues with people not receiving their bill in the mail. I try to get bills sent out so that you receive them by the first or second of the month. If you do not receive your bill in the mail by the 5th of the month, please contact me via call or text at (785) 398-1260 so that I can get another bill sent to you or get you the amount that you owe via phone call or text. If you start to have me email you your bill, I will do my best to get them emailed to you by the first of the month.
